Digital Products and/or Services

All orders are delivered as per the date specified on the “Order Confirmation”. An e-mail is also sent to inform the client about their order delivery. All policies pertaining to revision are subject to date and time of design order delivered to client’s account area.

All customized orders (unless otherwise stated) are delivered within 5 to 7 days after receipt of order.

We do offer an emergency service through which you can have your digital product or service within as little as 24hrs by paying an additional agreed fee. For further help, please get in touch with our customer support department.

 

 

Physical Items

Packages are generally dispatched within 48hrs after receipt of payment and are shipped via the most economical local service to the office with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer recorded delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method to confirm you are happy with the extra cost. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We aren't able to group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Whilst we aren't responsible for packages once handed to the courier company, we do take special care in our packaging process and even more is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

 

 

Refusal of Service

EasyWebsites reserves the right to decline delivery or supply of any product or service to any client for any reason.
